Morris Plains is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Morris Plains follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Quiet place. Good soup. Good apps. Comfortable seating. Boba. Black garlic ramen dish is excellent. Asked for spicy. Had spice but wasn't spicy. Very good flavor though.

The ramen was interesting. I think it was the pile of corn for me that threw me off. The edamame was also oddly overcooked. Service was quick, but when it came time for the check it took forever. We got there, sat down, rush to order, food arrived, no follow up, then asked for check and more time passed. It was a random experience.

Disappointed. Iβve come here a few times to enjoy some great Ramen; however, during my most recent visit, when I tilted my Ramen bowl to sip the broth, it revealed a few eyelashes at the bottom. Grossed out, I immediately stopped digesting the food. Some brief time later, I felt βyuckyβ and sick, finding it upset my stomach. Unfortunately, I wonβt be a repeat customer.

Amazing service and ramen is really good too. They offer gluten free noodles which is a nice touch. Thereβs vegetarian options as well. This restaurant also allows you to bring your own wine too. Clean bathrooms as well. Overall deserves a higher grade than a 4.6 in my opinion.

Had dinner for the first time at Tokyo Ramen off of Rt 10 E, and had the restaurant to ourselves on a Sunday evening. The staff were friendly and accommodating, while the ambiance seemed clean and minimalist. There are two nice round tables for groups, which is a nice touch. We ordered the fried pumpkin shrimp as appetizer and an almond bubble tea before the ramen entrees. We had the seafood ramen and the black ramen with pork, and thoroughly enjoyed all our food and drink. Would definitely return again!
